Mugdha Godse was born on 26 July 1986 in Pune, Maharashtra. She was born and brought up into a middle class family. She has one sister named Madhura Godse. She has pursued her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Marathwada Mitra Mandal College of Commerce, Pune. She has also been involved in various television commercials such as Airtel, Close Up and many more.
