Radhika is a veteran Tamil actress, successful entrepreneur and producer. She is the founder of Radaan Mediaworks, which has produced many successful serials like Chithi, Selvi and Arasi.Raadhika Sarathkumar was born on 21st Aug 1963 in Chennai, Tamilnadu state.
She did her education in Sri Lanka and United Kingdom. She holds bachelor’s degree in Home Science. She made her film debut in 1978 when she was just 15 through Kizhakke Pogum Rail directed by Bharathiraja.
Since her debut she acted in more than 200 films including languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.Raadhika Sarathkumar is a Tamil television and film actress, successful entrepreneur and producer.

She is also a judge on Vijay TVs Jodi Number One.Suhasini Maniratnam is a close friend of Radhika, who has been with her during her hard times and lent a shoulder. Radhika and Suhasini hit it off during their first meeting for a film shoot and went on to become thick friends.
Though Radhika was very good at acting, her makeup and hairstyles were wanting. Suhasini Maniratnam, at her peak being a serious competitor for Radhika, has been Radhikas helping hand in redefining her looks and life.
Suhasini in fact got an approval from director Vasanth, of Keladi Kanmani, a comeback movie for Radhika, to be with Radhika on the set and be her hairdresser and makeup artist. After much success as an actress she made her venture into production with her own banner named Radaan TV in 1994. After initial hiccups her company was renamed as Radaan Mediaworks India Ltd in 1999 and emerged as one among the leading production houses. She produced popular serials like Chitti, Annamalai, Selvi, Idi Katha Kadu, Arasi etc.
In recent years she has acted as the title character in several hit megaserials produced by her company, Radaan Mediaworks. Her first hit drama was Chitti, a 488-episode serial in which she portrayed the main character, Saradha. The serial was widely watched and praised throughout the Tamil-speaking world.
Fresh off the success of Chitthi, Radhika went on to produce another, longer Tamil serial, the 757-episode Annamalai, in which she once again played the main role. Her co-star in both these first two serials was the veteran actor Sivakumar, with whom she was often paired in films as well.
However, in Annamalai, he played her eldest brother. She recently played a dual role in the teleserial Arasi, the sequel to the teleserial Selvi. Arasi has also recently been completed and is followed by yet another serial featuring herself called Chellamey.
She has been married thrice. Her first marriage was with actor Prathap Pothan in 1985 but the marriage was short lived and ended in divorce in 1986.She married Richard Hardy in 1990 and the couple gave birth to a daughter named Rayane on 22nd August 1992.
She was settled in London during her marriage with him, the couple she got divorce in 1992.Then Chellamey serial reached its climax and concluded on 18th January 2013 with a total of 845 episodes ,with Radaan Mediaworks launching a brand new serial title Vani Rani in which she is playing a dual role of twin sisters starting from 21st of January 2013.the serial as an esenmble cast such as Raadhika Sarathkumar, Venu Arvind, Babloo Prithviraj, Baby Neha and mahalakshmi of sun music VJ playing the lead roles.................
